Oh no the mc is human and is acting like a child...... boohoo. He is a child give him a break. He's complaining bc he doesn't want to die. The same people complain about his charecter would have had more to say if the author made him a perfect, flat charecter with no flaws. He's still growing and dealing with this stuff, the sytem is still new. Leave him alone and wait for charecter development

I personally think all the things he bought were reasonable and an investment toward whats important. He's spending money to earn money and its a gamble but the things he bought weren't useless/unnecessary
