There are slight differences in the pain of different headaches and migraines A dehydration migraine is sneaky the pain start as a mild discomfort until it brutalizes your brain and you strongly feel the blood pumping through your skull A sleep migraine is not much different one thing I’ve noticed is that the right side of my head usually hurts more A legit migraine you can usually sense since the pain comes in pulses increasing until I’m crippled to a bed questioning what I did to deserve such punishment this one usually goes away if I go to a dark room with no yellow lights and try to sleep it off (not because of sleep deprivation but because the pain ends)
