She was quick. Very. Very quick. Probably a Demon-level threat at his point if not before. Way out of Kenshin's range. She was so fast he couldn't track her, let alone predict her erratic movements. Despite intelligence and apparent sexual appeal, she still moved like a mosquito. Unpredictable. Fast. And a pain in the ass!

Multicontinental gets you S+ rank? Geez....
Tatsumaki is physically weak, and I'd put her Strength attribute between an F and C, but she has insanely overpowered psychic abilities, so her Ability attribute would be a very strong S+.

Originally he wanted to go out and look for a new job, but after winning so much cash thanks to his Compulsive Gambler ability, he gave up on that prospect very quickly. If he could find a second way to buff his attributes outside of the usual golden ticket, then he could join the Hero Association and get paid some proper money.

The rank of his charm attribute changed from C to B+, skipping C+, B- and B. While the apparent increase in his "appearance" was nice, he had no idea if it actually did that. Hell, charm could literally mean just him being able to talk his way out of things, which wasn't that useful at all.

It was a passive trait, much like his own immunity to electricity. And with the way his Quirk worked, Kaminari suspected that as he grew stronger, he might even gain some resistance to heat and fire after all, lightning did generate high temperatures.
