Pressure and frustration. The mindset of “if I am doing something that I didn't like you are doing it too. And if you don't I will force you to do it.” That is not a good mindset btw. I just thought that the main character having a hypocritical personality in the early chapters would be a good idea.

Vegeta’s power level at birth is never properly classified. So this is just speculation. Because it's over 9000(or 8000 or some versions) it has to be lower than that amount. You need 5000 or more to classify as an elite warrior and Vegeta is said to be a prodigy that surpasses his father I think it should be somewhat higher than just 5000. But this is still an AU because a random character just popped up out of nowhere but the set-up will be similar to the original. I went with 7000 because I think it''s a good middle ground.

Simple they are worried about him losing control because they are weaker than him. Broly has a very high power level and can be classified as an elite warrior but King Vegeta was still worried about him losing control and killing everyone on the planet because he knows that he can't stop him if something goes wrong. He has better control of his great ape transformation than any other low-class and mi-class warriors. He was able to fly at a young age because he has proper education that many Saiyans didn’t receive.

His knowledge about Saiyans is limited and misinformed. All of his knowledge is taught by Planet Vegeta’s inhabitants to make King Vegeta a larger-than-life heroic figure than he truly is. He knows the Saiyan culture to some extent. It's just that he did not fit into it with his personality and lifestyle.

I still need to introduce Beerus and whis to the story. And I think flashing out the main character's personality and his relationship with Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, Bardock and King Vegeta should be established before major Timeskip and destruction of the planet Vegeta. So a few more chapters before a Major time skip.

Sc stands for science but he won't be a scientist. It was more named after Bulma who is going to the primary FMC for this series. The reason why he was not preparing for the upcoming threats is that he is currently ignorant and was still in the east blue Zoro phase who thinks he can challenge anyone and no one in the universe is stronger than Frieza who he was working for under the Saiyan army. Don't worry about that he will meet beerus soon and will change his mind about that.

This is just a trial run before I try to write a more polished story in the near future. This will only feature a few new plots and most of the story will be from the main manga(not the anime) with a few twists.
