Bardock’s determination

On planet Vegeta.

"Hey leek what's with the huge scar on the head." One of the Saiyans soldiers who wasn't included in the dispatched army asked leek who just returned while carrying two cerealians.

"Hey leek what is that on your forehead." one of the Saiyan pointed out his scar.

"Shut up it was just a scratch."

Leek tried to downplay his injury as getting a scar in a war where your side didn't have any casualties is pretty embarrassing.

Suddenly he has shoved aside and fell while he was still talking to other Saiyans.

"Hey what's...." leek was going to curse at the one who just pushed him but he become speechless as soon as he saw the one who pushed him.

"Turles?" Leek said in shock as a man who looked exactly like Bardock apart from his skin tone passed by him.

Then Turles went into an attack ball(space ball) as the machine was activated

"Hey? Wait. That's me..... Attack ball."

Leeks tried to stop Turles from taking his attack ball but he was too terrified to get his last words out before he left planet Vegeta with leek's attack ball.

Back on Planet cereal.

A house in the middle of the mountain that is covered by numerous forests.

Monaito was holding the two dragon balls in his hands when suddenly he heard some noises coming towards his direction.

He took a staff that was near him and hides behind a wall near the door as he waited for someone or something to come into the house.

It was Bardock and he was able to catch the staff mid-air without much difficulty.

"A namekian?" Bardock said as he showed some shock on his face.

"Your power level jumped to 213? I guess you can control it. Which explained why you were still alive." Bardock commented as he looked at the namekian.

"You bastards." the namekian cursed at Bardock before he noticed that he was carrying a green hair child in his hand.

Then a woman with one red eye who also possessed green hair walked into the house as Bardock had a child who appeared to be sleeping with her.

"Cerealians? I didn't expect survivors." the namekian said in joy.

"I am Muezli, and this is my son. Granolah." the woman introduced herself to the namekian.

"My name is Monaito." the namekian also introduced himself to her.

"Hey keep it down for a moment. I sense a large power source coming towards our direction." Bardock warned the two.

As he was saying that they heard a loud noise as someone seems to land from the sky near them.

"He seems to be in this building. Wait I have gotten two more power signals in that house." Zeta said as he used his Scouter outside the building and saw the thermal vision of Bardock, Muezli, Monaito and Granolah.

"Hmmm. Why are there still survivors?" Zeta asked himself.

As he walked into the house.

He saw Bardock standing in his sight but the other three seems to be hiding.

"Move away." Zeta commended Bardock.

"....." Bardock didn't reply to him which pissed Zeta off.

Zeta walked near Bardock.

"I said move away."

Zeta said as he punched Bardock with an uppercut sending him flying away from the house.

Normally he would try to interrogate Bardock first before he makes any moves but the thermal vision that he got from his scouter made his blood boils as he thought that Bardock might be either trying to shield the survivors which don't matter to him or that he didn't care about.

Or trying to assassinate him.

If you study history too much and even have an idea of how humans behave in a tough position you make some unreasonable choice if you are put in the same situation as them.

Zeta who still didn't have the mental maturity that came with his body growth was now suspicious of Bardock without any evidence and was ready to throw hands at the Saiyan.

"You." Muezil who was hiding in the dark used her finger beam to launch an attack on Zeta's heart.

Which she assumed to be his weak spot.

It missed by a few inches but Zeta seems to notice her intention and used an afterimage to appear in front of her and sucker punched her.

She fell onto the ground then Bardock came in and kicked Zeta away from him.

"Bardock. Don't you know that our mission is to eliminate everyone on this planet?" Zeta said Bardock.

"I know." He replied.

"Then move away." Zeta commended him again.

"I refused," Bardock replied.

"..." Zeta was speechless.

"Sorry about that. I don't know what has gotten into me." Bardock replied with a smile on his face.

"The. So be it. I will kill them off after I knocked you out." Zeta said as he took on a stance that Bardock has never seen anyone used before.

[It's his fighting style. The power difference between us is too big but if he is using his custom fighting style I might have a chance. I don't know why but I have to protect them at all costs.] Bardock thought as he laid his eyes on two years old Zeta who seems to be dead set on beating him.
