Author if he gets perks from other chapters, could you either copy paste their description in the passage he chooses them again? I don‘t think many people will want to continue reading a story where they need to backtrack constantly to know what the main character just chose.

That is OP if you used it right. For his current quest he would immediately know in which direction the four are and depending on how fast the directions are changing the closer he would be to them. Many people don‘t realize how hard RPGs would be without a map and a quest arrow or similar.

I would say it's okay but I am also someone that would be okay with transformation, genderbend, clones and other forms of s*x and so in my opinion do what you want and just ignore the opinion of those that are against it lol
