Having a pantheon would be a cool idea. It doesn't even need to be his harem, It could be friends and crew members. Also, for them to join his pantheon, they need divinities. I propose, he grants a slight bit of divine power to those that awaken their devil fruits, and that concept behind the fruit becomes their divine domain. (sand fruit becomes god of sand, zoan model beetle becomes the beetle god/god of beetles, rubber band paramecia, becomes god of rubber bands, etc.)
