Why is the main character changing his attitude in every chapter? I remember a couple of chapters back, he seemed to like Laena and wanted to marry her, and now he acts like he hates her and everyone related to her. Someone said in the comments that he couldn't be himself because he was weak, but wasn't his dragon already like 200 feet by then? I also don’t understand why you make him make all these irresponsible decisions. You mention every couple of sentences how intelligent, smart, and capable he is, but all I see is an average teenager who changes his plans every week.
