It’s basically 6000 chapters long currently. I stopped reading after 2500 because the progression sucks. He was at journeyman for like 3000+ chapters. He had so many mind blowing discoveries into his path but couldn’t even get to senior mech designer in 3000 chapters. The author is making too much filler for the story to be any good after a certain point. If a book goes past 3000 chapters and they are still on the 3rd rank then your doing something wrong.

Marcus then went on a bug massacring spree for a few hours killing every insect her could find. This of course hardly gave him any exp even after killing many dozen beetles, moths, and what else he could get his paws on.
