Obviously, why is this protagonist so stupid, isn't he supposed to be 110 years old.
Apollo's eyes lit up as realization dawned on him. So cultivation is the reason why they can fly. In his previous life, only vehicles can fly, and even if humans can do it, they are still using equipment. Even disregarding the differences in biology he is still just a normal cat he wouldn't be able to control chakra.
Hoomans and cats were different biologically, but chakra at it's core is same. He listened for a long time and felt that he had gained a lot, and even tried to circulate it - unfortunately, cat's biology is far too different from Hoomans, and the methods told in lecture wont be helping me in circulating chakra. - VisionaryVision11dCommented

The world of Naruto being his current location was particularly perplexing to him though. He read through the manga and its associated works in his previous life just to kill time and possibly gain inspiration for any new techniques or methods. I feel like having to take deep breaths to calm himself down does not show him being trained to control his emotions. An above-average regular person could take a few breaths and calm themselves down.
But Kaizen had been trained to control his emotions, to remain calm in the face of chaos. He closed his eyes, taking slow, deep breaths. Each inhalation brought clarity, each exhalation dispelled the panic. He focused on the present, grounding himself in the here and now. The writing was well down the only problem I had was how he decided to assassinate his target. Why would he go through all the trouble of infiltrating the building when he knew his routine and could wait for a time when his target was more vulnerable?
