It’s kinda hard to believe that too though, since Shang went beyond talent and worked harder than anyone else. But at the same time, I just realized that Shang probably won’t make it to the heaven breaker realm because he prolly has no affinity with the emotional laws

This is a real hidden gem that I picked up. The character development and journey of Gravis is something that's pretty rare in cultivation novels like this one. I would get angry at some of his stupid decisions only for him to get kinda satisfyingly punished for it later.
