Pretty sure in almost every rendition of the justice league i've seen so far(which are cartoons and a smidgen of comics), they always have UN approval meaning their actions aren't illegal. Pretty sure there have been cases where they couldn't go to a country because they didn't agree with the UN. Tl;dr: The justice league has an official government charter that let's them act as a private peacekeeping force. Sometimes they're allowed to operate globally, but most of the time they're restricted to just the United States.

I misunderstood your question, his main focus will be on using the technology he's going to get and having fun but I might have him train? for it. He might just augment himself though since he's eventually going to have the regeneration technology.

Book on magic*

Absolutely phenomenal. The author didn't give the mc any overpowered abilities only giving him a book and magic and essentially throwing him into the world of arcane. The author explores the uses that magic could have medically in the novel really well in my opinion and stuck close to each characters personality really well in my opinion. Sadly the author hasn't uploaded since chapter 8 since a year or so ago.

What does he mean when he said "those two said it would only be a warning"?

I really love the story mainly because the author adds a sense of realness to it. I like a lot of other things but I mainly like this point. When I say realness I'm talking about the fact that the mc was captured shortly after awakening his ability. I personally like this part because if Charles, Eric, and any other mutant group have a way to tell if mutants awaken their ability, who says organizations like hydra can't

I really loved the story. For those of you who like it when the mc focuses more on improving his bloodline and anything involving that, then you'll love this in my opinion. Sadly the author dropped it if I remember correctly at like chapter 80 because they lost motivation.

You could also have him go to Hunter x Hunter so that he can learn nen(if I remember correctly, its basically the manipulation of life force)
