thanks for the chapter ! i think the powerstones are supposed to be for the novel rankings in the specific categories. There's a weekly reshuffling that helps highlighting your novel to correct audiences based on the amount of powerstones accumulated that week
wind based genjutsu: try using senses that can contact with wind as a medium for casting genjutsu. like the way a breeze would feel on the skin, or the sharp sound of an exhale. even blowing leaves at an enemy in forest biomes or dust and dirt could be used as mediums for genjutsu. if we push it a bit further, the way teyuya used flutes and sound could also be used as inspirations. offensive wind jutsus: maybe something that can help in mid range combat with minimal chakra consumption. like wind bullets. something that would add lethality to his close combat like maybe ejecting balls of wind with his fist that would slam into enemies. supportive wind techniques: subtle but practical. like imbuing wind chakra in the shukiren to accelerate the rotation speed or redirecting the trajectory. using breezes and gusts to carry paralysis poisons or even venoms in case of dealing with a group of attackers(this would be fun if you're thinking of letting the mc go medic route maybe) though not sure of exact effectiveness in the long run.

there are other bloodmages and necromancers who can survive for thousands of years, can't the MC do something similar ?
he could equip those arms with the knives and sickles and axes. that would make killing more convenient no?
time - coz honestly most ways time path can bring out it's true potential would be blocked by the heaven's will or would affect your tribulations. like the spring autumn cicadas was rank six and still had so many restrictions.

you've mentioned in the description of the curse that experience gained will be DIVIDED by a 10th. So by correspondence , even when the MC performs exemplary on a quest(I'm assuming side stories end up with ratings? ) he'll ultimately receive only a fraction of his altogether put efforts no? and since he's gonna face higher difficulty for a task others won't , he'll also have to invest higher with the possibility of failures in the side quests isn't it ?
