I can’t quite remember, might just be head cannon. But when he was testing it he calls is forbidden as it can hurt him from the wind blades (through nature change from chakra wind to jutsu wind blades) or hurt allies. I’m like 50% sure this right but at the same time might just be confusing multiple fanfic and canon.

That the thing they don’t, there was no distinction between wyverns and dragons in medieval manuscripts. This idea of two legs and four legs in a modern attempt at trying to create a classification for dragons, which I think most likely stems from DnD. If you watch the video at the timestamp, he explains it much better than I can.
