Quite the good read this was, I was hit with nostalgia hard with this, you can see that the author has inspired himself a lot in the anime shows that to be fair were ones I watched too, from the looks of it, as this reminded me a lot of a show called a certain magical index, but I could be wrong, but anyways this story is written in the same style as a light novel, but it has more emphasis on dialogue but the descreptions are good too, there are a few grammatical errors, but I won't shame the author, as I and a lot of people do mistakes and it's not something that is unfixable. Now more details about this, the story takes place in a world where everyone knows that magic exists, but the story focuses on the life of our protagonist Kurokami Tatsurou, that is a "normal" highschool student, but looks can be decieving, that one day his life changes when he meets a young girl, and this meeting by consequence also changes the world as forces of good and evil begin to show up, from this alone if you don't get invested I don't know what will honestly, the fights are present here too and they are simple yet very entertaining, the characters have lots of personality, props to the MC that can either be normal, badass or funny, and the girls deserve praise to. To finnish I want to say that I liked this a lot and that my rating is because this is a good story with potencial and I want to see more of it.

As a fellow magical girl anime fan, I shall answer! The name Melody cure (is a reference to Mermaid Melody and pretty cure), as for the name of the characters of said show, are reference to characters of mostly Mermaid Melody. And correct me if I'm wrong, but the little girl (Honoka) is she a referece to Yukishiro Honoka, one of the main characters of the original Pretty Cure?
