That’s like telling your Sensei that u want to take a suicide mission for the experience. This is just stupid. There will be plenty of future mission that won’t guarantee death. The only reason they survived in the manga/show was plot armor.

Bruh. Why does everyone take the mission? I haven’t seen a single fic where naruto wises up and doesn’t take it. He knows that this mission is out of his league so why the heck is he continuing it? Even if he relies on the fox’s chakra he still has 2 teammates that are no where near ready for this mission. There’s no guarantee that they will survive the encounter of haku and zabuza. Him assuming that things will go the same as in his memories is just plain stupid.
