As much as i cant stand Beth , im glad Our dear author is providing a path for her to possibly get better. From the past “memory trip”, we found out beth wasnt always like that and was actually generous, kind and ubselfish She only became that way as a by product of her grandparents manipulatIon. So as much As i despise her actions and her brattIness, i hope she can grow beyond it all and be a better sister. While i know Calhoun relishes that he is her Only pillar now and that she cant trust any one else, he also has Lucy and Theo, she doesnt deserve to lose everything her parents sister and whole family. So annoyed with ZArin.. and feel like iv been in Zamiels shoes longing for someone but being respectful of thier Space and time. clearly ZARIN has no desire to be respectful of her space nor time as hes spent the years ignoring her and sleeping with other women in front of her. and now that his play thing is no longer there he comes out of the blue acting like he has the rIghts to her... sorry Zarin thats not love, thats Petty selfishness

Most stories through histroy Have catalysts for story lines steming from envy, jealousy, and betrayal. I also dont think this is the moment that changes anything between Alex and abi, but our authors way of providing character development and motivation for D’s agenda and actions which will lead to the “good stuff”.

I think Lexus lets him take his life, or that its the only option to Keep abigail safe or to keep the Dragon away from both kingdoms and that is why he needs to kill lexus. The dragon also loves Abi and I think he would be willing to sacrafice himself to protect her in some way. But lexus doesnt die truly, he becomes part of alex and lives within him. Maybe the Dragon can sense the love alex and Abi have and that is why he lives in alex, knowing that Alex wIll find her again. Then there is the Zeres story- three theories 1. The above happens and Zeres feels sadness for abi and alex( Mostly abi) and wiped his memories to save him from the grief of losing abi and losing control of the dragon that now lives in side of Alex 2. Zeres jealousy leads him to make alex forget in an attempt to part them Forever and somehow gains immortality As well during this battle and this leads to today. The abi today clearly loves Alex but if the other person can get lexus somehow, than when she is reincarnated again, it could be his chance to make abi fall in love with him instead. 3. (Completely destroys my guess above re Lexus/alex) Zeres in a rage of jealous makes Alex forget Abi before everything happens which then leads alex to carry out his fathers wishes for him to kill the dragon thus Zeres hopes it will drive abigail away from alex into his arms instead not realizing alex would get his blood. Fast forward To today. the battle for the last dragon Is Still happening, and to control Alex, they need to have her blood, means they control Alex and the dragon that lives within him. possibly that person Is Zeres who wants the dragon blood because it could could make abi be with him because she is still the dragon tamer.
