its how the privilege works, I might be wrong though. there has to be 50 privileged chapters before any of non privilege chapters can show up. the reason why new chapters was showing up before was a glitch but wn fixed it.

he is updating near daily but because there is that 50 privilege chapters thing there won't be another chapter out for non privilege members until there is at least 50 privilege chapters
