This novel,while with a rather generic story, is well executed. The grammar needs some work, there's also issues with how the sentences flow. Characters are defined and have their distinct personality, but sometimes they feel a bit 2-dimensional. Maybe it will be developped in later chapters? To conclude, this novel has promises if the author adresses the points raised in this review.
