imma be honest I forgot this existed
Like getting tired. The physical exhaustion was wearing on her. I may have spelt it wrong.
I can confirm the story hasn't been abandoned completely, but as it stands I haven't had the time or motivation to keep creating chapters, that and I feel there is something out of place. I truly hope this isn't dropped myself but I cannot write anymore of it as things stand, and as such I cannot publish those words yet to be written. it's a rather annoy predicament I find myself in.
Sounds like a Fun Teacher
oh.
Perhaps this 'mother' was one of the ones who trained her as a child. It would make sense that a older female meant to bring up these young children would start to be seen as a mother in a sense, and considering that person would probably be used to being cold and efficient with killing, it wouldn't be unusual for them to have an awkward disposition towards the children she's supposed to take care of, not dissimilar to how Ceilia views her daughter. If Ceilia is already warming up to Jasmine then maybe a similar gaze could be found between two ruthless 'parents' looking to connect with a child.
Typos? Save your fingers the trouble, there's a lot in here.
You have some excellent points, allow me to clarify. First, Stat points are meant to be received and distributed passively to grow stronger. The reason for this is because the raise in stats causes adverse effects on the body, Mana overload for example, is caused by the excessive expansion of mana reserves and has had a history of killing people, and can cause you to explode. The other stats have drawbacks too, raise strength too high too fast and the body could pull itself apart from the unusual growth of power, she wouldn't know how to channel it or control it. Things Hyperextension, and stress fractures are still possible, especially so with freshly raised stats. Also with the Mana overload, though it seemed negligible with Alice because she was unconscious, she almost died. The Mana in her body was about to turn her insides out, the only thing helping was her regeneration that kept her together. Think of it like a soda can, shaking it causes the gases in it to expand and eventually blow. She was on the verge of going critical, but her regeneration kept her body connected and stable enough to adapt. Then there is the Poison, yes that would have been a good idea at the beginning, however the arrow in the ankle still was hindering her, and the infection from the wild animals wouldn't have been effected. I will admit there are some things she could have done better or different, however humans are rarely ever perfect, and your author's kinda dumb sooo ... Sorry?
I don't know if I made it very clear, but using stat points wears heavily on the users body. Splurging 1400 stat points in any one area could potentially cause her to explode, and she's already weakened so messing with them may not have as good a result as you may think. She also has to get used to the changes, so the jump in stats could end up causing more harm than help.
While I think the ideas are great, unfortunately it would conflict too much with the story I've already got planned as it stands right now. That being said, Alice will be forced to deal with loss anyways, and I'm positive I'll be in need of a dragon sooner or later. In fact I could probably use that too. Keep your ideas and we may be able to work something out later.
Her head was so strong she reincarnated Truck-kun and was revived.
It would be kinda cool if the Silver was like a tattoo or veins that ran across her body, the larger and further spread the more power she has, and as it drains the pattern begins to fade back to normal skin much the same as it already does.
I thought about making a joke about rebar slim Jim's earlier, to think it would actually be a practical idea.
That's true.
As it pertains to the repair times, Quirks can be just as good at construction as it is destruction. Cementoss is shown creating walls of cement multiple stories high, in a single move. All someone would need to do is create a rebar frame for it to mold around and instant buildings in minutes. Or if he can do that I don't doubt there are others possibly some that can manipulate metal to quickly create the frame, other who could help open the earth so a proper bas could be laid to support the building. The point is is people use quirks correctly they can be use for far more than just fighting. So if people can destroy entire city blocks in one punch, it isn't out there to consider buildings can be constructed faster with quirks.
As it was described earlier the spells are constructed by conjoining smaller runes into strings that hold meaning. Then using the calculations to determine the method and amount in which Mana is used to create magic in the desired shape. Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't MC just be able to create her own spells like that? If she's been studying for three years as fervently as it seems she was, she should have picked up on the patterns and meanings of some individual runes right? Am I missing something, or do I just need to be patient and have it explained?
I'm guessing the dragonkin didn't actually all die out, but they simply went into hiding because they were being hunted or exploited. They wanted to keep the knowledge of the dragonkin alive, along with it's power, so it was passed it down through the family, as basic teachings from parents to children. Over the years they found simpler ways to describe it and a better way understanding of it. This could be used by any creature that can use Mana, however my guess is that the MC is going to find there are things a dragonkin can do with magic others may find impossible. This potentially being the shortcut she wants to be the first to find.
Pretty much.
