It's best not to think about it
"The turians designed a universal heat sink that could be used in any weapon. A heat sink that can be used in a pistol can be used in a sniper rifle and vice versa. Once a weapon has expended the energy of the heat sink, it will automatically pop and a new heat sink can be placed within seconds. It's certainly a more efficient design and overheating is no longer a problem."

Shiala was the first one to go down. Not dead, but she was definitely injured and out of the fight. Looking across my team, I knew we couldn't just leave her behind. I had no idea if the Normandy was close. We'd tried our radios but all we received was static, Garrus suggesting Saren would have blocked our communication.

The Dragonborn has arrived in the world of 'The Witcher'. Based after the events of the Third Northern War, the Dragonborn and the White Wolf search for Cirilla while avoiding the Wild Hunt. (Technically, this is just a story based on the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with the Dragonborn hanging around, drinking, fighting and fucking. That last one definitely applies. Plenty of smut throughout.)

Instead, he travels to Skyrim and finds himself embroiled in situations out of his control, towards a destiny he could never have comprehended in his wildest dreams. Action / adventure to start though there will be an element of romance eventually. This was one of the very first fan fiction stories I wrote and was uploaded to another site. But I thought I would share it here. Hasn't been edited since that time so my writing was still a little rough around the edges.
