These move in opposite directions in clouds and hence cause a collision. This forms two separate areas of charge. Negative at the bottom and positive at the top. I could feel myself very soon reaching the threshold of becoming a fully-fledged Genin. Another thing I noticed was that I could exchange energy points for stat points but it was very inefficient, 5 energy for 1 stat point is kinda useless so I simply decided to stick to my breakfast every two days and training. My combat techniques had become even more refined after visiting the training grounds every day, especially my killing techniques.
