I'm glad he is passing on Qi to his student like Leo did with him. I know Oscar wants him to teach the boy his shadow ability. but I know that's a wrong move by Quinn if he does because I feel Oscar will use the boy to teach others the shadow ability and use it later against the cursed faction or the vampires. But Qi isn't something he should hold out on teaching . It's not something the students will be able to teach others right away. it would take time just as it had done Quinn ( that'd if there as quick at learning as him)

biased off what's happened after he used his soul weapon briefly , his body or skills are not upto par with being able to use such a weapon. I think in the future he will be able to use his soul weapon as both enhancement and item

I wouldn't buy privileges for this novel , they skip chapters sometimes and your left wondering wth happened . last chapter skipped was a huge fight scene and...I don't know what happened. very disappointed. sadly the author doesn't read comments or fixes these mistakes so in the end I have decided to give up on this novel.
