I think that you should also choose the characters in base at their different qualities. And it should be better to choose apostles that lived far in the history. So they will be OP at the start of the MCU with all the time passed.

I suggest making less apostles and making them stronger instead. If they are not many you also have all the time to explain their personality and powers.

I don't like so much how you told this ark. Using a "villain" POV during all the ark and the final plot twist of Quinn that knew everything.
