I've read both this and My vampire system, there's obviously been... inspiration from the latter but to be honest this just has a better story. I MUCH prefer the characters in this novel, even the MC is better in my opinion and all the other characters just mix so well. When reading Vampire System it feels so unnatural at parts and the characters(including mc) seem so half baked to me, while this novel really improves upon that aspect. The ONLY criticism I can call out is the grammar and such, it's obvious English isn't the authors's first language but still fairly better than most out there and there's a clear improvement the further along the story goes. IDK if the author has dropped this or not but I VERY much hope he continues on this some day, I definitely recommend to read this.
Seriously? The entire reason for this conflict is just because of this?
His entire drive and personality is gonna be based on curiosity huh? Talk about a stale character.
This is one of the most original and well written novels I have ever had the pleasure of reading. It's such an incredible read that I genuinely can't help think about it for a while after some crazy thing is revealed or something of the like. It's really fun to think about what might happen based on the visions or try to understand the mysteries revealed (or yet to be revealed) to the reader. Out of the many novels I've read in and out of Webnovel, this might be the best one there is. And finally it's something different from the trend of OP MC and obvious boring plot armour.

OMG 10%?!!? SO CRAZY
cringey asf
I'll be frank, the English is NOT the best but I still find myself absolutely in love with this story. The Vampire/Cat combo is pretty unique, I like the idea of it and can't wait to see how it develops further in the novel! Vampires have always been cool to me and the cat combo is a exciting twist to it. Also, I really like these kind of novels where the MC has to be careful and wary of his actions that might lead to him getting caught, or even worse, killed. I think there's a brilliant balance between his suppression of power while not being SUPER OP. Most novels that go with this plot makes the MC so strong that it's boring, or hides their power for no good reason other than to be secretly powerful for no reason... I really enjoy the direction of this story, although the beginning starts off a bit rough, the developments are very interesting and I really enjoy the dynamics of the characters and school environment. **MAJOR SPOILER** I also REALLY like the creativity of the beast bloodlines like the Paper angle, and the fact these bloodlines can be improved through training thus gaining new abilities is brilliant! The mix of technology, beasts, aliens, and planetary travel is a very cool setting, which I personally like how it's all balanced. Now about the bad stuff. Because of the bad English, explanations tend to be very redundant, there's unnecessary long expositions, some words are repeated way too often in a single paragraph, the lack of vocabulary is hurting this story a lot, grammar is very bad, and the thing that bothers me the most is the random shift of tone from the author's descriptions. It's almost like a weird combination between the characters thought and the author themselves, but since there's no clear shift between them it feels out of place and ruins the mood. Fortunately, this isn't often and only happens here and there. Despite these flaws I still absolutely LOVE this novel and sincerely think this is a great story. ❤️
The writing quality is better than average, especially compared to a lot of novels I've read. Story development is alright, I like the fact that we also get to experience some of the struggles from the other characters, which to me is a sort of baseline of how well the mc is doing. Character design isn't the best but it's not bad, not much detail goes into the description of the characters but it's enough to imagine how they look. Updating stability can sometimes be inconsistent from what I see but as the author has a job that's to be expected, it's impressive that chapters are realeased often to begin with which means a lot of the author's free time goes into this. I respect the dedication, it reveals his compassion towards this novel. Now for world background I'm going to use the description of the area the mc starts off in as there hasn't been anything pass that yet. The descriptions are good, we get a good idea of the campus and the layout of the place, which really is all we need. Although there could be better descriptions of the area to help visualize for the reader. Overall I'm really enjoying the story so far. Though I am a bit worried of the change of personality in the mc, he's becoming a bit less "insane" then he was originally started off ever since the introduction of the love interest. None the less I'm excited to see where the story is going, keep it up author!
