Grammar is definitely something that makes a story bad. Grammar is what allows authors to express ideas clearly. And racism is not a flaw either. Authors frequently create a world where some characters are racist, that doesn't make a story bad or the author racist. Of course racism on the author's part is definitely something that detracts from the story. I agree with your other points though.

Yes, when I was divining for clues pertaining to the Clown potion, the images that emerged were mostly related to the Antigonus family. The only exception was the suited clown from the Secret Order… Therefore, the true meaning behind the symbolism is that each scene carries the possibility of obtaining the Clown potion and a clue. These type of businesses usually run on pretty tight profit margins so if they were to do this then they'd just keep losing money and eventually go bankrupt.
