Tony glanced at the monitor showing Viridian's vitals, the Saiyan still unconscious in the medical bay. It had been days since he'd last seen Viridian in action—his body healing from the last battle they had fought side by side. Tony knew Viridian could take care of himself. After all, the Saiyan didn't need the kind of enhancements Tony himself relied on. No. This suit was going to be something else.

One minute, I was enjoying my well-earned break at a sweet shop. The next, I was playing a high-stakes game of chicken with a truck that clearly had something personal against me. There was no dramatic life-flashing-before-my-eyes moment, no deep existential reflection—just a loud horn, an abrupt Oh shi—, and darkness.
