I absolutely love this story and the character development. The Mc dosent start out being omniscient and just like evryone eles he makes mistakes. Often times the Mc's actions are baced on pure emotion and honestly I love that from a Mc. Amazing job Author, keep up the good work!

In all honesty I think, like the title of this chapter suggest, in some cruel twist of fate the blood ritual wont work on Layla. Quin has more or less successfully turned two people. So it wouldnt surprise me if this was one of the times it didnt work because it makes sense. Just like with his other abilities it dosent always work and the system stated this. It's the perfect upset to add in all the stuff that's going on. Honestly I hope I'm dead wrong. I want to se Layla turn into something amazing. But if she dosent turn Quin might be able to teach her Qi. Then she could still grow stronger and that would be a cool change of events that nobody would expect. Plot twist! Cant wait to see what you come up with Author!

I love this story and I cant wait to see how it unfolds. I've read a lot of comments about how people think that the mc Quin is stupid and naive but I do NOTahree at all. He is just a teenage boy not some omniscient god that knows all. I realy like how the author has developed Quinn. A young person thrown into something forgien dealing with the blows as they come his way. In all honesty I like how all of the characters are deploying right now. Oh and a big kicker that people probably will not agree with is that I actually like Peter's character. People like to say that if they were in the same position they would have done things differently than he did but honestly you never know. Scared alone and worried for your life what would you do to hang on. Now if he felt no remorse for the things he did to his friends then I would have hated him but he did and I don't hate him. I've seen too many good stories ruined by hateful comments but I'm glad that this is not one of them. Keep up the good work Author and thanks for this wonderful adventure of words!
