do not accelerate his growth there is no safe way to increase his growth without their by consequences and damage to his foundation and body to it going against the nature laws of the omniverse. the only way is to allow him to grow naturally but you can use something like a time chamber though. inside the time chamber time would naturally be faster inside it then outside it. which wouldn't conflict with natural growth and his family and grounds can use it at the same time allowing them to grow up together
