I don’t get why authors write psychopaths. When reading a fanfic or really any story being able to relate to the main character is one of the main reasons people stuck around. I myself have empathy and morals. So when I read about shit like this, a completely unredeenable evil monster. I feel disgust and hate the main character. I’m gonna drop because I like to read about a monster learning to redeem themself, or just a good person in general. You can’t build a lasting empire on fear.
