Yeah, but if he uses his nen for like 10 days, but doesn't pull anything, then maybe he could add like an extra draw on that final day or he doesn't pull anything for like a 100 days, and on that 100th day he gets like an extra 50% off of the nen he would have had to use for that super powerful item.
