yea, using n.korea as an example, when the sent soldiers to Ukraine, they were introduced to it by troops from other countries and became so addicted to it they ended up hospitalized because the overexerted themselves. China, n.korea, and other countries near them have it banned mostly as a form of control, it's really interesting to look into.
