This from the wiki, nothing about poison, obviously nothing about it during the scene itself, and in the manga the only thing it's said about her death is that she died cursing her village: "In the anime, Pakura's background is further explained. Pakura was sent on a mission to stop Iwagakure's plans during their feud with Suna. She successfully accomplished the mission and was hailed as a hero by the village. Some time later, Pakura was sent on another mission to Kirigakure, to act as an ambassador, but she was betrayed and killed by the ambush they set. After her death, Rasa and the seniors pinned the blame on Iwagakure for her death."

She was not poisoned lmao, you can see her death, I think it's in a filler. She was perfectly fine but got ambushed by a good amount of Kiri shinobi who threw kunais at her, that's how she died
