Insertion of The Self

RWBY. A fun fairytale inspired story about four girls following their dreams of being Huntresses and triumping over evil. Not. The world of Remnant was a death world slowly being overrun by monsters known as Grimm. Literal beings made out of pure darkness, controlled by the Queen of Grimm, Salem. And all the forces of good in this world have to combat that is... vastly under qualified minors being trained to go out and die. A forcefield called, "Aura," which could or could not take many hits? And Semblances which is essentially a random Superpower. And don't forget a bit of actual Magic, which is limited to four individuals at a time, more specifically, women. Of which, I am not one. Why did God send me here? Why did I even agree to this!? Surely there had to have been other options, right? Oh, and what's this? A Roulette that gives me more spins the harder it is for me to do something? What possessed me to choose that? Self Improvement? Really?! If there was going to be any improvement happening, there had to be a self to improve in the first place! Which is looking less and less likely... Oh, right. Did I forget to mention God decided to change a few things in the world as well? Hopefully there weren’t any other surprises... (There were, indeed, other surprises.) ********* This a bit different from my usual stories. This will be a SI which, surprisingly, I have not done. Mostly due to the fact that there's a bit of a stigma against self-inserts and that... I just really don't think I'll make for an interesting main character. But I am writing one now. So, yeah.

Reborn, A Million

He's been alive too long to be fazed anymore. He knew this would happen eventually. He stared at the Man, who had ended him in every life before, and this one too. He played with him, tortured him, and tried to break Pyry. But He had never succeeded. The guy was more resilient than a cockroach, no matter how many times He killed him, killed his family, broke his girlfriends, he still stood up. Insulting Him, the Man that was practically God, for daring to not break. He sliced Pyry's neck, ending his life swiftly. Blood spurted out from the arteries he sliced. So ends Pyry's uncountable latest death, staring at Him, looking at God. ......... Hi! It's me, the Author here! This is my first book, and I'm not really confident as it's just a newer story idea I've had in my mind for a few days. I finally grew the balls to publish it though, so yay me? My update schedule will be all over the place, I'll try one chapter a week but... yeah. I might not finish this web novel, or I might finish it.
