You are partially right, but the thing is that they haven't had any enmity with anyone yet. you can argue that the silver kingdom sees them as an enemy but the same also goes for them as they also see the silver kingdom as an enemy yet nothing has happened to both. For now in this stage, the curse have been shown to work on close proximity of those living around you, and for the Björn kingdom people who's sense of right and wrong is all twisted, they question of their resentment authenticity for one another has to be brought up.

Yes, there is a demigod without divine blood but they can be proclaimed demigod depending on their strength stage. Origin gods give birth to demigods with half divine blood in them which also brings a difference when they ascend. Ascended mortals gods can never give birth to a demigod unless it was with an origin god, instead they only can give birth to a more talented mortal. Origin gods are born gods so divine blood flows in them at birth, offspring gets that divine blood and divine blood isn't something that generates just because you are an ascended god. This also connects to your other question on what is the difference between a demigod ascending and mortal ascending.
