Sulakem would live with her parents but after a while, she need s to leave their realm and descend to the mortal world, where she would live out her live and if she does ascend or becomes a paragon, only them would she see her parents again. Also she still is a demigod not just a title. There is a comment from someone in this chapter where i explained on it a bit more.
You may have made a mistake with the "True blood comment" But I think i understand your question. In my world building, 'True God' status is reserved only for the independent Origin Sources like the origin gods. Because Ikem and Ursula are first-generation demigods, they don't own the absolute Source, they just channel it. Also they are not true god but ascended gods. When they had a child, that divine energy diluted even further. Sulakem is a second-generation demigod because she is two steps away from the Origin, she still carries the trace of that true divine bloodline from her grandparents, but it’s too far removed from the Source to grant her an automatic, innate gift at birth. Remember When a standard mortal human claw their way up and ascends to godhood, they hold a divinity, but their fundamental biology/nature isn't rewritten into a "true divine being." They are a still mortal or higher perfected mortal wearing the mantle of a god. Therefore, their children don't get a drop of divine blood. They might inherit incredible talent or an affinity for their parent's concept, but they are entirely mortal. They don't even qualify for demigod status.
There was a time, Ikenga’s gaze and other origin gods gaze pass through Murmur underground place of hiding. He was able to shield himself from their gaze but that was is no longer the case now.
You can think of it this way, a world without a will would subconsciously favor a gosling race and make their lifespan 10times longer just based of the source of their bloodline. I am saying too much now but that is also the thing about low tier world and high tier world where in a low tier you might be immortal but in high tier that would change.
You are indeed right, this was supposed to be mentioned later but since you hit the point, I gotta let it out. The current elves are longlived because of their halfelving status, a grace shown to them by Nana just as she did with Erik, who is also a half elf with just slightly stronger lineage. Elves couldn’t be born in Nana because of rule suppression hence the current status of half elves who bear the source mark of the world from their human side. The next generation of pure elves would be where things change as they would live as long as human but physically age slower.
What you say stands but remember how each world function under different rule. With that in mind, it makes sense for the elves to have a longer lifespans than the godliness which even is of no problem as the current normal goslings can live to 900 just based of their medical and magical knowledge system.
Meant Erik
Fixed.
They all can else how can they interact with the gods.
The arch curses are all on a different journey and path, kinda like how Siren is with the elf king and juggernaut is with xerosis and oracle is with the paragons. Phantom is also about to embark on a similar path. As for the knowledge gained in the past world, it would be applied very soon by Ikenga. As for the gods usage of their power, they learn quick in battle as soon with crepuscular now able to apply different law from the sun. I don’t want to spoil but I would do every character justice and their desired time.
