Bullet was part of Roger pirates, and remember? They went through Poneglyphs. In the end, Roger said that they were too early. One reason this, I speculate, is due to the dact that Shirahoshi, the Poseidon, wasn’t born yet -> Bullet must’ve been aware of this too.
