Madara/Sasuke) and if your body can handle the stronger chakra? You get physically stronger and your chakra would increase from the increased physical-energy. But If your body [Can't] handle the stronger chakra? It falls apart. (I.E. Orochimaru) {|— Also, not all 'Legendary eyes' are born the same. Not every Sharingan or Mangekyou is as powerful as Sasuke's. Not every Rinnegan is as powerful as Madara's. And obviously the diluted genes of a random talentless Hyuuga will never result in a Tenseigan stronger than Toneri's. The strength of every Kekkei-genkai is drawn out from within the wielder's body.. Not from the long lost soul of the half space-god Hagoromo..

Chakra is a fusion of physical and mental energy, and the Tenseigan is a stronger [Pair of Eyes], not a stronger [Pair of Arms]... It obviously won't increase your Physical capabilities/vitality or Mental energy several times over, because again. It's literally just a pair of eyes.

I'm genuinely curious tho, If they're just awakening the eye, in a talentless body, where do you think the jonin-level chakra is coming from? {|— Even if we think about "Implanted" legendary eyes, like Obito's Rinnegan.. According to? Do you even know where chakra comes from? 🤔 It comes from the body.. And it's the fusion of physical and mental energy. Strong eyes or not, you're not magically just going to get 'extra chakra' from literally nowhere..
