This wasn’t the quick read i was expecting. Took a lot of pauses just to digest some parts and deal with suppressed emotions i didnt know i had😂. The writing is thought provoking and seemless. This is the quality of writing i aspire to reach. Great work author.

•Not quite, people want a sense of purpose and they've grown to believe that purpose lays on the peak of the mountain. So they climb the mountain every day to reach the top just to learn that it wasn't worth all the sacrifices.

I wish someone had said that to me growing up. Maybe then i would’nt have had to shoulder all that trauma😩
I got to know him personally through Juli, as she'd throw herself to him but he'd always seem cold not in a jerkass way. I think he just wasn't attracted to her as I did. He'd say something like "some people, you are better off unattached to". And now I think, I understand what he might have meant. Could he have known her better than I did?.
