My thought process was to give the info dump due to the fact that Soren isn't the kind of person to just turn back time just because he missed out on the best parts of the world, as progress is good, but the way it was progressing was bad. If there was no threat of Black Zetsu or this system user, Soren would not be changing time back to the past

Soren's System has no ability to remove other Systems, and if you need to ask for an attack strategy at every given moment, then you shouldn't be traveling universes...
