The story is good so far.. regarding the pairing Gwen will be a better choice and in regards to technomancy he can probably control the entire digital world lol.. no clue on quantum n stuff.. n being able to control electricity to some extent seems good...

It was already good however if the character can align towards a bit chaotic neutral then it would have been much better..
