I love the novel, I am currently at Ch 80, and it appears that the Mc is losing what made me interested in him in the first place. He is starting to help for no reason like a valiant hero, and the author keeps saying that he lacks empathy and the such, but its very clear that heâs helping people just to help. I am mostly wondering if he goes back to being ruthless or if he stays like this.
