well, people get fired AND hiered all the time... if that co-worker was such a prodigy, he probably found a way better job elsewere(most countries have a high deficit of qualified workers), because honestly, there are no companies that survive by firing people for bein good at their job... thats not how the workforce works. Sorry author, you are either too young or too inexperiemced to make me continue reading. No worries thoe, I am sure you will do fine with a young audience as you have a good writing skill. My advise is to keep the basics of how the world works... fictional works must not be all fictional

The story is simple and boring, characters are bland, one liners and useless to the story. The relationships between the character and all other characters are bland and as generic as it can get... the only memorable line from the ~100 chapters I've read is when some random passers by say that a diplomatic envoy and any political activities in their country has nothing to do with them, and that's saying something in itself... don't bother

One of the bad one right here. MC is mostly dumb and boring, rarely jumps from 50 to 200 IQ giving you whiplash but mostly stays at 50, he doesn't even figure out basic stuff any 12 yo could, just after reading 50chapters of his 1st cultivation novel... To sum it up, common sense is not found much here and the dialog sounds worse than in a children's anime, don't bother...

ouh yeah, you better go easy on him, it's not like this guy is an instructor in a military academy combat class and previously hinting that he can use most weapons, or that he is a war veteran who earned a nickname on the battlefield or that he is blind but has so high specs that can still "see" people around him... no problem at all, after all our mc had already one days class on combat and got a couple more stat points lately, yeah, Leo is a goner

isn't it normal? I mean the more capable get better rewards? This author sounds like an entitled child who hasn't had a job in his/her life and makes assumptions that society discriminates those who can't do anything

This is one of the best stories I've read on this site, I don't understand the low rating(4.11 at my review), the comments for the low scores are simply half-brained at best like they've read a totally different story... If I think about it better its kind of typical of web novel readers, I just dropped some shi.tty story at 40ch because it was full of overly exaggerated things, repetitive scenes(literally half the chapters I've read start with the same scene of ~300 words), almost lack of common sense of the author and it had a rating 4.64, disappointing to say the least. It's for this reason that I'm having trouble finding excellent works like this one on this site
