The only beings who can achieve such a feat are those who embody universal concepts and have complete authority over that concept...An example would be Finality or a Calamity of Destruction.

A giant humanoid figure carved out of a reflective crystal material wearing a mianguan recorded everything in its Remembrance and the Universe itself but it could remember no more as its crystal froze in time. Fuli the Remembrance could no longer remember anymore
