There is a lot of different ways. They don’t operate as similar to the movies because this organization hasn’t been around for decades. If someone comes in that’s vetted or on referral then they get one coin. One coin grants full service, there are contracts that can net more coins. (I haven’t shown a lot of contracts but if you remember when Nolan had the doctor killed he used a contract). As the hotel chain expands more people will be naturally referred and then people will take and open contracts making more coins circulate to the point where Nolan won’t need to grant them on his own. Another note it DOES NOT matter who has a coin, they will be granted its privileges. Meaning Batman can walk into the hotel and as long as he pays in a coin and does not break the rules by the systems designs he is granted full access. Now how that would work would play out in different ways etc. hope that answered you question!
