Thanks for the reply. I didn't mean as is force reverse summoning. I meant it being used as a tracker/transponder. Dark Mark didn't just allow Voldemort to summon a Death Eater by sending burning signals to their arms, but also allowed Death Eaters to call for Voldemort (like when they were hunting Harry Potter). Every inner member of Death Eaters had the Dark Mark, with the only exception being Peter Pettrigrew.
