After all this Time the Story is still this utter confusing non logical mess with more plot armor than the last 100 Stories Ive read.

Scenario doesnt really make that much sense. Order should fairly easy to establish with tamers this powerful but rare. Also the empire would be in total control. Never been easier

1400 before taxes is very bad. In Europe this is barely minimum wage. In China are still millions of people having Less than 5 Dollar a day
