honestly, I would be in favor of fighting whitebeard over this money wasting plan. if coordinated properly, they can convince WG to kill off one of the future 4 and let the marines take one corner. so instead of 4 yonko and 1 fleet admiral, make it 3 to 1. since Ace is set as a future emperor, train him to take a spot, turning it 3 to 2 either using undercover or some new or existing marine if whitebeard was selected, just kill blackbeard by accident and save yourself the strain of the 4th emperor.

... this is a sketchy plan. first off, do they plan to give the female marines wives? second, why create weaknesses for the marines? unless the plan is to create more neo marines or use them as hostages should they decide to betray they don't have any purpose there's more loss no matter how you look at it
