thats what mostly happens in the real world. in one moment someone is alive the other they could be dead. in a way this feels more real to me. the sudden way she died, the unwillingness to accept someone so young yet so bright and accomplished die just like that.

my man, you shouldn't care about how much weight you are lifting, you should care about how well are you lifting them, if your posture is right. With the right posture you won't need to lift heavy weights (up to a certain point, when you are buffed) to gain muscular mass and you will avoid hurting yourself
