I usually write 1.5 to 2k words of pure chapter, then, as I edit the chapter, I add around 1k to 1.5 K more words to have the chapter be around 2.5 to 3.5 k words long, so yes, most of these are filler, but the story is progressing in the pace I believe its right, that being 1.5 to 2k words long per chapter, the rest is to make the story more concise, nothing else

Gareth would often drink in the series, being described as having flushed cheeks. Most visitors at Mia's restaurants are adventurers and they can get drunk easily.
